Nscale appointed former Meta executive Justin Osofsky as chief operating officer. He will oversee global operations and several corporate teams.

Nscale appoints former Meta executive Justin Osofsky as chief operating officer, the company said in a press release. He will report to founder and CEO Josh Payne and oversee global operations.

Osofsky spent 18 years at Meta, most recently as chief partnerships officer. His previous roles included chief operating officer of Instagram, vice president of global operations, and head of Meta's small and medium business group.

At Nscale, Osofsky will oversee its people, business development, communications, marketing, global policy, mergers and acquisitions, EMEA, and APAC teams. His role also covers operating processes and coordination across the company.
