iCIMS announced its Intelligent Hiring Platform strategy and two AI agents for hiring teams. The Hiring Agent supports ATS collaboration, while the Interview Scheduling Agent handles interview coordination.

iCIMS announced in a press release its ICIMS Intelligent Hiring Platform strategy and two new AI agents for hiring teams.

The ICIMS Hiring Agent is designed to help recruiters interact with the ATS, follow up with hiring managers and interview teams, and support candidate reviews, feedback, and approvals.

The ICIMS Interview Scheduling Agent uses AI to check availability, book interviews, manage changes, and keep candidates and hiring teams informed. The company also said its ICIMS Sourcing Agent is available now.
