Josh Bersin Company Maps 151 AI Agents for HR Management

Oct 8, 2026
A new HR 2030 guide identifies 151 AI agents relevant to HR leaders and proposes grouping specialized agents into eight coordinated families.

The Josh Bersin Company released a guide to managing multiagent AI systems in HR, the firm said in a press release. The second report in its HR 2030 research program identifies at least 151 AI agents of interest to chief human resources officers.

The guide recommends grouping specialized agents into eight functional families called superagents. These groups coordinate agents responsible for tasks such as hiring, employee management, pay, retention, and workforce mobility. The company estimates this structure could remove up to 40% of task oriented HR work.

The framework covers six implementation decisions, including data governance, system monitoring, and the division of responsibility between agents and people. It also calls for shared data, orchestration tools, context layers, and a common skills library to reduce conflicting outputs and uncontrolled agent growth.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
