ICAC Shows Tianma AI Enforcement System at UNODC Workshop

ICAC introduced its Tianma AI enforcement system to more than 130 experts at a UNODC GlobE Network workshop in Vienna.

ICAC introduced its Tianma AI enforcement system during a UNODC GlobE Network workshop in Vienna, the commission said in a press release.

More than 130 experts from about 70 corruption control, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies attended the workshop. ICAC Commissioner Woo Ying ming and ICAC directorates presented Tianma and shared a blueprint for its use in corruption investigations.

ICAC said Tianma has been in development since last year. The system uses artificial intelligence to consolidate and analyze information, and supports computer forensics and forensic accounting.

During the same five day visit, Woo met Monica Juma, the newly appointed UNODC Executive Director. ICAC said the two organizations discussed a possible corruption control cooperation initiative in Hong Kong next year.
