Beijing Forum Unveils Embodied AI Data Platform
The Open Cooperation Forum at the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services unveiled a platform for cross border embodied AI data flows, organizers said in a press release. Beijing Shijingshan Science and Technology Innovation Group and Beijing Telecom jointly developed the platform.
The forum took place on September 9 in Beijing and drew nearly 300 representatives from government agencies, international organizations, companies, universities and research institutes. Discussions covered cross border data flows, free trade zones, international AI cooperation, digital trade and the use of AI in exhibitions and conventions.
Participants also signed or inaugurated six projects covering embodied AI performance services, biomedical development, overseas expansion of AI applications, digital art assets and university cooperation. The event also introduced an insurance product covering research and development risks, startup operations and liability for intellectual property infringement in science fiction and gaming.
