hellocare.ai has raised $47 million to enhance its AI-assisted virtual care platform, transforming hospital rooms into smart, connected environments.

hellocare.ai has raised $47 million in an oversubscribed funding round to accelerate its AI-assisted virtual care platform, announced in a press release. The funding was led by HealthQuest Capital, with participation from several health systems and digital health investors, including Bon Secours Mercy Health and UCHealth.

The investment will support hellocare.ai's efforts to expand its unified virtual care platform, which is already deployed across more than 70 health systems. This platform offers a range of services such as Virtual Nursing, Virtual Sitting, and Hospital-at-Home, all integrated into a single solution. The company aims to transform hospital rooms into smart, connected care environments, enhancing patient engagement and clinical efficiency.

AdventHealth is among the major health systems implementing hellocare.ai's platform, rolling it out across over 50 hospitals and 13,000 patient rooms. This expansion is part of a broader strategy to improve patient experience and streamline clinical workflows.
