Ellipsis Health has been selected as a key partner in the Health Tech Ecosystem, a major initiative by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) aimed at modernizing healthcare through AI, announced in a press release. The company will contribute to the development of conversational AI that integrates with health records to provide personalized patient support while ensuring privacy.

Ellipsis Health's AI care manager, Sage, is already known for its empathetic patient interactions and clinical rigor. As part of the CMS program, the company will also focus on creating specialized tools for managing diabetes and obesity, determining when to offer direct assistance and when to connect patients with human professionals.
