
Heineken Opens Global Generative AI Lab in Singapore
Heineken has launched its first Global Generative AI Lab in Singapore, in collaboration with AI Singapore. This initiative aims to transform how generative AI enhances growth, productivity, and customer engagement across the company's global operations.
The lab will focus on developing advanced scalable generative AI solutions in critical business areas, including automated marketing content creation, intelligent financial reporting, and next-generation customer support systems. By the end of 2025, the lab aims to assemble a specialized team of experts, integrating Heineken's digital specialists with talent from AI Singapore.
Kenneth Choo, managing director of Heineken in the Asia-Pacific region, stated that the lab will serve as a global center of expertise, driving AI innovation locally while enhancing operations globally. The collaboration with AI Singapore will foster continuous knowledge transfer and talent sharing, leveraging Singapore's AI ecosystem and skilled talent.
