Havoc Raises $100 Million to Expand All Domain Collaborative Autonomy
HavocAI has raised $100 million in a Series A funding round, bringing its total capital raised since 2024 to about $200 million, announced in a press release. The round included new investors such as CCM Capital Markets, Clear Street, Cobalt Capital, Boardman Bay Capital Management, Meet Perry, Mute Ventures, Soren Ventures, SAIC, and JA Green. Existing investors included Outlander VC, Scout VC, B Capital, Lockheed Martin, Taiwania Capital, UP.Partners, and The Veteran Fund.
According to the company, the funding will accelerate deployment of its collaborative autonomy systems across all domains. Havoc's platform enables drones, boats, and vehicles to operate together as a coordinated network. The company has conducted over 25,000 hours of autonomous testing and collected more than 200 billion data points from operations across sea, air, and land.
Havoc has built and deployed more than 100 autonomous surface vessels globally, with 30 delivered to the U.S. Department of Defense. The company also expanded into air and land domains through the acquisitions of Mavrik and Teleo. Partnerships with defense companies including Leidos, Lockheed Martin, and SAIC support the integration of its command and control systems across multiple domains.
Havoc employs more than 200 people and has expanded its facilities in Rhode Island, Austin, and San Diego to increase production capacity. The company’s software-defined hardware approach allows operators to supervise thousands of autonomous assets working together with minimal communication requirements.
