Harvey acquires Aida in fifth deal of 2026
Harvey has acquired Aida, marking its fifth acquisition of 2026, according to Artificial Lawyer. Aida is an AI sales platform founded by Glean cofounder Piyush Prahladka and Atish Das Sarma.
Aida's founders and its team of search and machine learning engineers will join Harvey's product and engineering organization. The team will work on tools that help law firms build ontologies, which organize and connect knowledge stored across documents and other systems.
Harvey said these ontologies will provide more context to the agents, models and products used by each firm. Artificial Lawyer notes that Harvey has mostly bought companies outside traditional legal tech.
