Green Voltis Raises €13.5 Million for Battery Storage Platform
Green Voltis raised €13.5 million in a Series A round from sole investor Lochpine Capital, according to EU Startups. The Stockholm company will use the funding to expand research and development for its AI and energy management products, enter more European markets, and build its Power to Compute business.
Green Voltis operates and trades standalone battery storage and renewable energy projects with storage. The company says it has more than 1.2 GWh under contract and in operation, with market access established or underway in 10 European countries.
Its energy management system controls storage sites and supports grid forming operation. Aether AI forecasts prices and allocates battery capacity across day ahead, intraday, and balancing markets. Green Voltis is also developing about 120 MW of powered land in the Nordic region for data center projects that can provide grid flexibility.
