The joint system connects candidate sourcing and assessment by combining Findem’s verified, context-rich data with Glider AI’s skill validation technology. This approach aims to reduce hiring errors and improve decision quality by ensuring that AI-driven recommendations are based on confirmed data and demonstrated abilities.

The companies said the solution will be introduced to select enterprise customers in the fourth quarter of 2025, with general availability planned for early 2026. The partnership seeks to offer HR and talent acquisition teams a single, trusted source of candidate information that supports faster and more confident hiring decisions.
