Genpact Launches Banking Analyst Suite for AML Investigations

July 27, 2026
Genpact has launched Banking Analyst Suite, with its first module now generally available for AML alert investigations. The product uses AI agents to support investigation workflows while keeping final decisions with human analysts.

Genpact announced in a press release Banking Analyst Suite, an enterprise product that applies agentic AI to regulated banking operations. Its first module, Genpact Transaction Monitoring Analyst, is now generally available for anti money laundering alert investigations.

The module coordinates AI agents that assess customer behavior, analyze transactions, validate profiles, review prior alerts, and recommend next steps. Human analysts make final decisions, and the system provides documented rationale and an audit trail for review.

Genpact said the product is designed for routine AML alerts and first level investigation workflows, rather than only scoring alerts. The company plans to extend Banking Analyst Suite to customer due diligence, screening, fraud, customer service, and other regulated banking workflows.

AMP Limited, a financial services company operating in Australia and New Zealand, is among the first to deploy Genpact Transaction Monitoring Analyst.
