Genpact Launches Agentic AI Suite for Accounts Receivable
Genpact announced in a press release the general availability of its Accounts Receivable Suite for manufacturing and mining companies. The agentic AI software coordinates collections, dispute resolution and cash application across the invoice to cash process.
The suite includes three modules. AR Collections prioritizes accounts and recommends actions using risk and payment signals. AR Resolution Center routes, tracks and escalates disputes, while AR Cash matches payments to invoices and supports reconciliation. Human staff oversee exceptions and business decisions.
Genpact estimates the suite can support up to 80% touchless cash application, reduce past due receivables by up to 20%, raise collector productivity by up to 40% and shorten dispute resolution times by up to 30%. The company said results will vary based on client systems, data quality, process maturity and configuration. Mining equipment supplier FLSmidth has selected the suite for its invoice to cash operations.
