Gather Introduces AI Customer Simulations

Gather has introduced company specific customer simulations that combine interviews with real people, existing customer data, and quantitative and qualitative research.

Gather announced in a press release a customer research system that creates company specific simulations using AI moderated interviews with real people. The system combines quantitative and qualitative research with existing customer data and continuously updated evidence.

Marketing teams can use the simulations to study customers and target buyers, test messaging, and support decisions. When the system identifies gaps in its information, it conducts additional interviews to update its findings.

Gather also offers an AI assistant called Emma that provides research insights through Slack. The company says it serves more than 50 customers across software, AI, retail, consumer goods, and restaurant businesses.
