Explorium shuts down after raising more than $127 million

Nov 4, 2026
Israeli data startup Explorium is shutting down after nearly nine years. The company raised more than $127 million and recently shifted its focus to data products for AI agents.

Explorium is ceasing operations after nearly nine years, according to CTech. Founders Omer Har and Or Tamir said the Israeli startup continued growing during the past year, but could not sustain its business.

Founded in 2017, Explorium raised more than $127 million from investors including Insight Partners, Zeev Ventures, Emerge, F2 Capital and 01 Advisors. Its original platform connected companies with external data sources to support tasks such as predicting customer churn and assessing credit risk.

Explorium later shifted toward data products for AI agents. It launched AgentSource in early 2025 and introduced Vibe Prospecting, a chat based application for finding potential customers that attracted more than 350,000 registered users.
