Embedder and SEGGER Connect AI Firmware Agent to Hardware Debug Probes
Embedder and SEGGER announced a partnership in a press release that gives the Embedder AI agent direct access to SEGGER J-Link and J-Trace probes. The integration lets the agent flash, test, debug and validate generated firmware on physical hardware before release.
The agent can set breakpoints, inspect registers and memory, monitor live output through Real Time Transfer and continue debugging on a device after a failure. SEGGER says its J-Link probe family supports more than 15,000 devices across major microcontroller families.
The companies will demonstrate the integration in a webinar on September 29 at 8 a.m. Pacific time.
