
DXC Technology Launches AI Workbench with Ferrovial as Anchor Client
DXC Technology has introduced its AI Workbench, a generative AI offering designed to integrate and scale AI solutions across global operations, announced in a press release. Ferrovial, a leading global infrastructure company, is the anchor client for this new platform, utilizing it to enhance operations for its 24,000 employees.
The AI Workbench combines consulting, engineering, and secure enterprise services, enabling businesses to integrate AI responsibly. Ferrovial is leveraging over 30 AI agents to improve efficiency and safety measures, optimizing field operations and accelerating automation across its global operations. The platform seamlessly integrates with Ferrovial's existing systems, such as Workday and Microsoft Teams, to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Howard Boville, President of DXC Consulting & Engineering Services, emphasized the importance of secure and compliant AI deployment, highlighting the role of human expertise in customizing AI solutions. Ferrovial's Chief Information and Innovation Officer, Dimitris Bountolos, noted that the integration of AI has revolutionized their business processes, providing a competitive edge in the industry.
