DXC Expands Assure Platform With AI Insurance Tools
DXC Technology announced in a press release new configuration, automation and AI capabilities for its Assure Platform. The company says adoption of the platform now exceeds 275 customers.
The additions include Assure Configuration Manager, which uses low code configuration to assemble and deploy Assure Architecture components. DXC is also expanding Assure Smart Apps, which work with existing insurance systems across underwriting, claims, broking, distribution and operations.
DXC says Smart Apps now support 18 customers serving more than 450 insurers. The applications have processed more than 750,000 automated transactions, deployed over 70 agents and extracted more than two million pages digitally.
The company also plans to combine Assure Platform services with capabilities from its London Market Core Platform. It is applying Assure Architecture and Workflow Assistant to selected London insurance market workflows for routing, tracking and managing work.
