Aug 4, 2025
DXC Technology and 7AI have partnered to introduce the DXC Agentic Security Operations Center, integrating autonomous AI agents to enhance security operations globally.

DXC Technology and 7AI have announced a strategic partnership to launch the DXC Agentic Security Operations Center (SOC), announced in a press release. This new service integrates fully autonomous AI agents into DXC's managed security operations, aiming to improve speed, accuracy, and coverage for customers worldwide.

The DXC Agentic SOC leverages 7AI's platform to optimize internal SOC capabilities, reducing operational costs and enhancing response times. The platform has already saved security teams 224,000 analyst hours, equivalent to 112 analyst years of work, and is projected to save customers over $100 million in 2025.

By utilizing 7AI's specialized AI agents, the new service automates alert triage, threat investigation, and incident response, eliminating traditional bottlenecks in manual alert processing. This innovation is expected to save customers between 30 minutes to 2.5 hours per investigation and reduce false positive rates.

The partnership between DXC and 7AI marks a significant shift in managed security services, moving beyond traditional manual approaches to a more autonomous, AI-driven model. Customers can experience live demonstrations of the DXC Agentic SOC at the Black Hat 2025 event in Las Vegas.
