
Criteo and Dentsu Form Global Commerce Media Partnership
Criteo and Dentsu have announced a global partnership to enhance commerce media campaigns. Announced in a press release, this collaboration will leverage Criteo's Commerce Media Platform to provide Dentsu's clients with AI-enhanced audiences, buying tools, and measurement capabilities.
This partnership marks the first time Criteo's complete Commerce Media Platform stack will be utilized by a major holding company. Dentsu will integrate Criteo's commerce SKU signals and product intelligence to power its media solutions, aiming to drive superior commerce outcomes for its clients.
Dentsu will utilize several of Criteo's platforms, including the Commerce Max Retail Media Demand-Side Platform and the Commerce Growth Performance Buying Platform, to optimize media campaigns and enhance performance across the shopping journey. Additionally, Dentsu will gain access to Criteo's consultancy services to support and scale their retail media offerings.
