New York–based Didero has raised $30 million in Series A funding to expand its AI-driven procurement automation platform, announced in a press release. The round was co-led by Chemistry and Headline, with participation from Microsoft’s Venture Fund (M12).

The new capital will support product development and go-to-market expansion as manufacturers and distributors adopt Didero’s AI agents to reduce manual procurement work and improve supply chain visibility. The company’s software integrates with existing enterprise systems to handle supplier communication, order tracking, and exception management.

Founded in 2023, Didero’s platform embeds AI agents that learn from historical order data and company policies to autonomously execute procurement workflows. The company reports that its technology is already deployed with more than 30 manufacturing and distribution customers.

Didero plans to expand its engineering, sales, and customer success teams to meet growing demand and extend its platform to cover additional workflows such as sourcing and payments.
