Covenant HR Launches Covenant AI to Deliver Pre-Vetted AI Talent
Covenant HR has launched a new division called Covenant AI, focused on providing companies with pre-vetted AI professionals, announced in a press release. The division aims to deliver top-tier talent specializing in machine learning, large language models, data science, and AI infrastructure.
Covenant AI has been operating for six months prior to its public launch, building a network of vetted AI experts ready for deployment. The service is powered by Scout, Covenant’s proprietary vetting technology, which combines automated screening with recruiter oversight to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and project readiness.
Alongside the launch, Covenant HR appointed Jason G. Cooper, an executive with more than two decades of experience in healthcare data and AI innovation, to its board. Cooper’s background includes leadership roles at NASA, CVS Caremark, and Cigna, and he is expected to contribute expertise in AI strategy and data-driven innovation.
Covenant AI offers multiple staffing options, including direct hire, contract, contract-to-hire, and executive placements, with a focus on rapid, fraud-protected access to qualified AI professionals.
