The AI Leaders Council has begun its 2026 State of Corporate AI Talent Study to examine how organizations are developing and scaling their AI workforce. The study invites participation from executives overseeing AI, data, and workforce strategy, with findings to be previewed in July 2026.

AI Leaders Council has begun its 2026 State of Corporate AI Talent Study, announced in a press release. The research will analyze how organizations are building and adapting their AI workforce to support expanding adoption and long term success.

The study focuses on workforce readiness, hiring strategies, and the structure of AI enabled organizations. It aims to identify current levels of AI usage across enterprises, the most in demand roles, skill gaps slowing progress, and how AI is reshaping workforce planning and hiring expectations.

Executives such as Chief AI Officers, CIOs, CTOs, and HR leaders are invited to complete a brief confidential survey. Participants will receive early access to the full report and an invitation to a private discussion reviewing key findings.

A preview of the study results will be presented during a webcast panel scheduled for July 23, 2026, at 1 PM CST.
