Copperhelm has launched from stealth with $7 million in seed funding led by TLV Partners, with participation from toDay Ventures, ICON, and SaaS Ventures Israel, announced in a press release. The Tel Aviv-based company has developed an agentic cloud security platform that uses AI agents to monitor, investigate, and remediate threats across enterprise cloud environments.

Founded by Shimon Tolts, Eyar Zilberman, and Roman Labunsky, Copperhelm’s platform introduces a model where AI agents handle continuous threat analysis and remediation while keeping human security teams in control. The company’s Context Lake technology connects and structures cloud data to allow AI agents to validate risks and execute actions in real time.

Copperhelm’s platform includes specialized agents focused on network analysis, system behavior, adversary simulation, and automated remediation. These agents connect directly with active workloads and can deploy targeted protections such as web application firewall rules without downtime. The company is already working with paying customers, including Fortune 500 enterprises.

The new funding will support product development, team expansion, and go to market operations. Shay Michel of Merlin Ventures will join Copperhelm’s board of directors.
