
CareConnect Integrates myCNAjobs into Home Health Care Hire
CareConnect has announced a partnership with MissionCare Collective to integrate myCNAjobs into its Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Home Health Care Hire, announced in a press release. This integration aims to streamline the recruitment process for homecare agencies by allowing users to syndicate job postings to myCNAjobs in real-time, tapping into a vast network of caregiver talent.
The integration is designed to enhance the hiring experience for CareConnect's clients, including those utilizing its Recruiting Process Outsourcing services. The launch is scheduled for early Summer 2025, offering a seamless transition for existing myCNAjobs customers and easy onboarding for new users.
Brandi Kurtyka, CEO of MissionCare Collective, highlighted the partnership's goal to reduce hiring friction and improve retention rates, noting that caregivers hired through myCNAjobs are 24% more likely to be retained at 90 days compared to other channels. This collaboration is expected to create more scalable hiring solutions for the future of care.
