Integrity Adds ACA Enrollment to IntegrityCONNECT

IntegrityCONNECT now lets insurance agents quote, enroll and manage clients in Affordable Care Act plans alongside health and life insurance products.

Integrity announced in a press release that agents can now quote and enroll clients in Affordable Care Act plans through IntegrityCONNECT. The addition brings ACA, health and life insurance workflows into one platform.

Agents can compare plans from multiple carriers, complete applications and manage enrolled clients without moving between separate systems. Integrity said the platform also maintains a combined view of each agent's clients and supports Agent of Record status.

IntegrityCONNECT includes a customer relationship management system, lead management tools and Ask Integrity, an AI powered voice assistant. Ask Integrity provides prompts, coverage recommendations and policy reminders based on client information.
