Caliber Introduces Talent 360 Platform for Continuous Employer Brand Intelligence
Caliber has launched Talent 360, described as the first talent intelligence platform designed for the AI era, announced in a press release. The platform provides continuous, real time data on employer brand and reputation, allowing CHROs and talent leaders to understand how their organizations are perceived in the job market and how to respond to those perceptions.
Talent 360 operates as a continuous observatory of the job market, tracking perceptions across thousands of companies in more than 40 markets. It benchmarks clients' performance against both sector and market peers and integrates client specific data with market wide tracking. The platform segments the talent market by career stage and discipline, covering students, professionals, and active job seekers across fields such as STEM, Business and Finance, and Humanities.
Key features include continuous monitoring of employer attractiveness and reputation, driver level insights into what influences candidate decisions, and investment guidance on where to focus employer brand efforts. Talent 360 also links perception data to business outcomes such as time to hire, candidate quality, and retention.
According to Caliber, Talent 360 is available now as part of its stakeholder intelligence product suite, which also includes Stakeholder 360 and Caliber Focus.
