Vector Solutions launches Skills Intelligence, a workforce readiness product for manufacturers, as announced in a press release. The product tracks capabilities validated through an organization's approval processes rather than using training completion as a measure of readiness.

A visual skills matrix shows proficiency across employees, roles, teams, sites and shifts. Capability Search finds workers with specific skills and proficiency levels, while gap views identify limited coverage and roles that depend on a single qualified employee.

An AI powered import wizard converts existing skills matrices, job checklists and other documents into structured jobs, skills and proficiency scales. Managers can assign training or request skill validation from the same workflow, and documented approval trails support audits and regulatory reviews.

Skills Intelligence is available as an add on for existing Convergence LMS customers, bundled with the LMS for new customers, or as a standalone product for manufacturers.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
