September 10, 2026
Brody Pennell has replaced four front office platforms with Avoca's system for calls, messages, scheduling and marketing. The HVAC company reports higher booking and Meta lead conversion rates since the change.

Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning is replacing four front office platforms with a single system from Avoca, the companies said in a press release. The Los Angeles HVAC business previously used separate tools for texting, web scheduling, call overflow and chat.

Avoca's platform handles calls, web and social leads, online scheduling, outbound campaigns, estimate follow ups and membership renewals. It also provides website management and reviews customer interactions across voice, chat, text, web and social channels.

Brody Pennell said its booking rate increased from about 70% to 90% after implementing the platform. Its conversion rate for Meta leads rose from about 15% to 25%. The partnership will now add Avoca Attract for website performance, search visibility, visibility in AI services and marketing analytics.
