Bold Security Adds Endpoint Protection for AI Interactions

Bold Security has announced a new endpoint data protection layer for AI interactions, covering prompts, clipboard activity, file access, MCP payloads, and commands issued by agents.

Bold Security announced in a press release a new data protection layer for AI interactions on employee endpoints. The layer covers prompts, clipboard activity, uploads, file access, MCP payloads, and commands issued by autonomous agents.

The company said the system monitors web AI tools, desktop AI apps, and AI agent sessions on the device. It is designed to classify data locally and apply controls based on the account, destination, and sensitivity of the data involved.

Bold said the feature extends its existing endpoint data protection and is now in private preview. The company plans to show it next week at Black Hat at booth 2970.
