Blighter Secures Eastern European Contract for AI-Assisted Border Surveillance Radars
Blighter has won a contract to supply its ground surveillance radars and AI-assisted software to an undisclosed Eastern European army, announced in a press release. The deal includes the company's B400 series radars and BlighterNexus software for border protection operations.
The B400 radars will be installed at fixed positions along the country's borders and mounted on reconnaissance vehicles to provide mobile surveillance coverage. The systems operate continuously in all weather conditions, detecting and tracking people, vehicles, and low-flying threats at ranges up to 32 kilometers.
BlighterNexus software will integrate the radar data with the army’s command-and-control networks to support coordinated responses. The company plans to showcase its radar and AI solutions at the UK Government Security and Policing Exhibition scheduled for March 10–12, 2026.
