BHC Global Acquires POWERCONNECT.AI to Enhance AI Solutions in Utilities
BHC Global has acquired a majority interest in POWERCONNECT.AI, an AI customer experience company, announced in a press release. This acquisition will enable BHC Global to expand POWERCONNECT.AI's solutions across the United States, Canada, and Europe, providing advisory, project management, and testing services.
POWERCONNECT.AI, founded in 2023, is known for its AI-driven automation solutions that modernize customer service, payments, and operational workflows for utility companies. The company offers products like AI Webchat, AI Self-Service Portal, and AI Agent Assist, which are integrated with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and AWS.
Steve Northrup, CEO of BHC Global, emphasized the acquisition as a significant enhancement to their portfolio, aligning with their vision to amplify customer experiences in the utility and energy sectors.
