Aura Confirms Leadership Team After Qoria Acquisition

Aura announced that CEO Hari Ravichandran will continue to lead the company following its acquisition of Qoria. The combined group also confirmed new executive roles and an expanded capital commitment of $100 million.

Aura announced leadership updates following the completion of its acquisition of Qoria, according to a press release. Hari Ravichandran will remain CEO of the combined company, while Sujay Jaswa will continue as Chairman of the Board.

Brian DeCenzo, currently Aura’s CFO, will take on the role of CFO and President of the merged company. Qoria’s CFO, Ben Jenkins, will serve as CFO Australia, reporting to DeCenzo. Tim Levy, Managing Director of Qoria, will join the board and lead Aura Alpha, a new venture focused on partnerships, global distribution, and corporate development.

Aura also confirmed an expanded equity placement of 100 million dollars to strengthen the combined group’s balance sheet and cover transaction costs. The additional 25 million dollars, above the previously announced 75 million, will be funded by Ravichandran and existing investor WndrCo. The placement will be priced at the equivalent of 0.40 Australian dollars per Qoria share, representing a 32.4 percent premium to the 30 day volume weighted average price as of April 23, 2026.
