ASML has announced the appointment of Marco Pieters as its new Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately, as stated in a press release by ASML Netherlands BV.

ASML has announced the appointment of Marco Pieters as its new Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately, as stated in a press release. Pieters, who has been with ASML for over 25 years, most recently served as Executive Vice President for the product area Applications.

The company's Supervisory Board also intends to appoint Pieters to the Board of Management at the upcoming Annual General Meeting in April 2026. This move will expand the Board from five to six members. Additionally, the Board plans to reappoint CFO Roger Dassen and COO Frédéric Schneider-Maunoury for new terms.

ASML, a leading supplier in the semiconductor industry, continues to focus on advancing its technology roadmap under Pieters' leadership, aiming to enhance its service to customers worldwide.
