AmerCareRoyal and qBotica have deployed an AI automation system that has processed almost 5,000 transactions with a success rate above 99%.

AmerCareRoyal and qBotica deployed an AI automation system across four AmerCareRoyal companies on July 20, 2026, the companies said in a press release. The system has processed almost 5,000 transactions with a success rate above 99%.

The system combines business rules, validation controls and AI assisted recovery. Its Healing Agent responds to interface changes, unexpected popups and timing issues to limit manual intervention.

AmerCareRoyal said the automation reduced repetitive data entry and improved processing speed and accuracy. It also supports credits at the purchase order and ship to levels.

The companies plan to extend the system to additional transaction types, exception management and more complex workflows.
