Airedale by Modine has launched an AI-enhanced version of its Cooling System Optimizer, promising significant efficiency gains for high-density data centers. Announced in a press release, the new Cooling AI system can reduce energy consumption by up to 40% by leveraging a hybrid deep learning model that includes machine learning, neural networks, and digital twins.

The system continuously analyzes cooling demands and optimizes operations, acting as a supervisory layer to the existing building management system. This allows for proactive adjustments based on predictive AI models, enhancing operational stability and extending equipment life cycles by reducing mechanical stress.

Cooling AI is available as a new system or can be retrofitted to existing Airedale by Modine Cooling System Optimizers, offering a scalable solution to meet the evolving demands of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers.
