October 14, 2025
Adlib has renewed its SOC 2 Type II attestation and HIPAA compliance validation, ensuring continued data protection for enterprises in regulated sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and energy.

Adlib has renewed its SOC 2 Type II attestation and HIPAA compliance validation through an independent third-party assessment, announced in a press release. The certifications confirm that Adlib continues to meet standards for data security and privacy across regulated sectors including life sciences, energy, manufacturing, and the public sector.

The SOC 2 audit was conducted by A-LIGN, a cybersecurity compliance provider, while the HIPAA validation assessed Adlib’s adherence to Security and Privacy Rule requirements for handling protected health information. These renewals ensure that Adlib’s document transformation platform operates under verified controls suitable for healthcare-grade data protection.

Adlib’s platform processes over 300 file types, converting unstructured documents such as PDFs, emails, and CAD files into searchable, machine-readable formats. The system incorporates multi-engine OCR, rules-based validation, and metadata enrichment to produce AI-ready, structured data for use in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), analytics, and large language model (LLM) workflows.

The company stated that its latest security reports are available to current and prospective customers under nondisclosure agreements.
