Norm Ai Launches Legal and Compliance AI on Microsoft Marketplace
New York-based Norm Ai has launched its legal and compliance AI platform on the Microsoft Marketplace, announced in a press release. The system is built on Microsoft Foundry, providing enterprise-grade governance, security, and operational controls for regulated environments.
The platform converts laws, regulations, and internal policies into AI agents that review work for compliance issues in real time. These agents operate within Microsoft 365 applications such as Word and PowerPoint, allowing users to identify missing disclosures or policy conflicts directly in their documents.
By embedding compliance checks into existing workflows, Norm Ai aims to reduce repetitive review cycles and enable teams to address compliance issues earlier in the process. The company said this approach supports continuous oversight and helps organizations maintain defensible legal and regulatory standards at scale.
Norm Ai’s technology is supported by its Legal Engineering discipline, which translates legal expertise into machine-executable systems. The company’s client base includes firms with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management and is backed by investors including Blackstone, Bain Capital, and Vanguard.
