Ambient.ai Reports Doubling of Annual Recurring Revenue and Expands Agentic Security Platform
Ambient.ai announced in a press release that it doubled new annual recurring revenue (ARR) in fiscal year 2026 compared to the previous year, achieving over 140% net revenue retention. The company’s customer base tripled since launching its Ambient Intelligence and reasoning Vision-Language Models for physical security.
The Redwood City-based firm said its platform now processes more than 200 million video hours and 10 billion events daily, helping enterprise security teams transition from reactive monitoring to proactive threat prevention. Clients include Cisco, ServiceNow, SentinelOne, TikTok, and Norwalk Public Schools.
Building on its earlier Ambient Intelligence system, Ambient.ai introduced Ambient Pulsar, described as the first edge-optimized reasoning Vision-Language Model for physical security. Trained on over one million hours of enterprise video, Pulsar is designed to emulate human security reasoning at scale and claims higher efficiency than general-purpose AI models in its domain.
According to the company, deployments such as ServiceNow’s achieved a 94% reduction in false alarms and saved over 15,000 hours of manual triage. Ambient.ai said this growth reflects increasing enterprise adoption of agentic AI for real-time physical security management.
