DentScribe Expands Agentic AI Platform for Dental Practices

March 04, 2026
DentScribe has introduced an expanded version of its agentic AI platform that converts real-time chairside conversations into structured SOAP notes and integrates them directly into dental practice systems.

DentScribe has expanded its agentic AI platform to help dental practices convert clinical conversations into structured documentation and actionable insights, announced in a press release. The system transforms real-time chairside dialogue into ground-truth SOAP notes, which are automatically published into existing practice management systems.

The platform includes two key tools: DentScribe CoPilot and DentScribe GPS. CoPilot generates chairside checklists that highlight pending care and missed opportunities based on a patient’s recent history. GPS produces daily production plans that rank tasks by clinical urgency and financial impact, supporting operational efficiency across dental teams.

DentScribe’s speech and dental language engine captures the clinician’s assessment rather than simple transcripts, reducing manual charting and administrative overhead. The system is designed for compatibility with major practice management software, enabling integration without disrupting existing workflows.

According to the company, the expanded platform allows both individual practices and Dental Support Organizations to standardize documentation and convert clinical data into actionable insights that improve care delivery and practice revenue.
