365Talents has launched Job Architect, a free AI-powered HR agent that helps organizations create and manage job architectures and skill maps, announced in a press release.

The tool enables HR teams to design, edit, and share job frameworks in minutes, moving from a blank page to a complete structure that includes families of roles, responsibilities, and competencies. It also provides a visual poster for each job map, allowing teams to align around a shared understanding of roles and skills.

Job Architect combines AI with HR expertise drawn from 365Talents’ decade of experience in job and skills modeling. Teams can customize and export their frameworks, creating a transparent and adaptable reference for workforce planning and pay equity. The product will be showcased at UNLEASH World 2025 in Paris and is available for free online.
