Yanolja Collaborates with OpenAI to Enhance AI in Travel
Yanolja, a global travel technology company, has announced its collaboration with OpenAI to participate in the global launch of OpenAI's AI agent, Operator. This collaboration aims to accelerate AI adoption in the travel industry by leveraging Yanolja's proprietary data and infrastructure to deliver hyper-personalized travel experiences announced in a press release.
Operator, developed by OpenAI, is an AI agent capable of performing tasks such as managing travel bookings and online shopping within a web browser. Initially launched in the U.S. in January, the research preview of Operator has now expanded to more global markets. Yanolja plans to enhance its services using insights from travel-related cases collected during this phase.
Yanolja's CEO, Jeff Kim, highlighted the potential of their generative AI to streamline customer service and automate operational processes for travel enterprises, thereby increasing efficiency and convenience. The company aims to provide fully automated, AI-driven travel services, enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty.
As one of the fastest-growing travel technology companies, Yanolja operates in 206 countries, connecting 1.33 million hotels with over 20,000 travel sales channels. This collaboration with OpenAI marks a significant step in Yanolja's mission to drive digital transformation in the travel industry.
