Yanolja has announced a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to integrate advanced AI technologies into its travel services, announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to enhance Yanolja's generative AI services, providing more personalized experiences for travelers and improving operational efficiency for enterprise customers.
The partnership will see Yanolja leveraging Google Cloud's AI infrastructure, including generative AI, training, and inference tools, to create hyper-personalized travel experiences and automate operations for travel enterprises worldwide. Junyoung Lee, CTO at Yanolja Group, emphasized the rapid advancement of their AI technology through this collaboration.
Google Cloud's President for Asia-Pacific, Karan Bajwa, highlighted the empowerment of leaders in the travel and leisure industry through their robust AI-driven solutions. By utilizing Google Cloud's secure and scalable infrastructure, Yanolja aims to improve the end-to-end traveler experience and streamline operations, thereby driving revenue for travel enterprises.
Yanolja is also refining its AI-driven enterprise solutions, such as automating check-in/check-out processes via cloud-based kiosks and piloting initiatives to enhance customer support operations. With a global footprint connecting 1.33 million hotels and travel enterprises in 206 countries, Yanolja continues to demonstrate its position as a leading technology provider in the travel ecosystem.
