Voicing AI Achieves 97% Accuracy in Function Calling
Voicing AI has announced a significant breakthrough in enterprise AI, achieving 97% accuracy in real-world function calling, announced in a press release. This advancement addresses a common challenge in AI systems, which often struggle with executing business-critical tasks despite their conversational fluency.
Function calling involves AI models interpreting user requests and executing the correct API calls or actions. While generic language models like ChatGPT and Claude excel at generating text, they often lack precision in production environments, leading to errors. Voicing AI's models, however, are designed for production, consistently delivering high accuracy across 180+ sequential operations.
The company employs a dual-objective training approach, focusing on action-first intelligence. This involves training on millions of decision points to determine when to execute actions. The training data comprises 67% proprietary conversations from real enterprise workflows and 33% curated tool-use datasets, ensuring the model learns to act effectively.
Voicing AI offers three specialized models for enterprises: Edge Performer for sensitive sectors, Balanced Executor for customer service, and Enterprise Powerhouse for complex domains. These models are deployable across various environments, making them suitable for regulated industries like healthcare and finance.
