VisionWave Secures $50 Million to Boost AI Defense Platform
VisionWave Holdings, Inc. has secured a strategic $50 million equity line to accelerate its AI-driven defense platform, announced in a press release. This funding agreement, made with a prominent institutional investor, includes a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement (SEPA) and a $5 million tranche funding commitment through convertible notes.
The financing will enable VisionWave to advance its AI-powered multi-domain defense solutions, which span autonomous aerial, ground, and maritime systems. Under the agreement, VisionWave can sell up to $50 million in common stock over a 24-month period, providing flexible capital for growth. Additionally, the investor has committed $5 million through convertible notes to support immediate scaling efforts, with $3 million already funded.
The funds are earmarked for working capital, product deployment, and continued innovation across VisionWave's defense technology platforms. This move positions VisionWave to deepen its engagements with defense and homeland security partners globally, reinforcing its strategy to lead in intelligent defense systems.
