Virtualitics Unveils GenAI Toolkit for Defense AI Agents
Virtualitics has launched its Generative AI Toolkit, aimed at enhancing decision-making capabilities within defense operations, announced in a press release. This toolkit is designed to deploy mission-specific AI agents that support faster and more informed decision-making across complex Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
The GenAI Toolkit is a foundational addition to the Virtualitics AI Platform, offering secure, flexible, and containerized large language models (LLMs). It includes features such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), developer-ready interfaces, and Readiness Sigma (RSIG), a domain-focused summarization capability. These tools are crafted to streamline AI deployment for operational use cases, accelerating insight generation while maintaining transparency and trust.
Virtualitics' approach focuses on building AI agents around specific readiness challenges like part shortages and resource allocation. The toolkit enables defense teams to support mission-critical decisions with explainability, security, and a human-in-the-loop architecture. The first Readiness AI Agents powered by the GenAI Toolkit are expected to be operational this summer, starting with predictive maintenance and materiel forecasting use cases.
