Valeris and Fuze Health have agreed to collaborate on advancing a connected patient access model, announced in a press release. The partnership was unveiled at the Asembia AX26 Summit in Las Vegas and aims to integrate digital pharmacy workflows with patient access, affordability, and support services.

Under the agreement, Fuze Health will manage digital pharmacy operations through its Access+ platform. This includes prescription intake, eligibility and coverage checks, and automated patient engagement using data-driven systems. Valeris will handle benefit verification, prior authorization and appeals, affordability solutions, and patient support programs.

The companies plan to streamline coordination across the patient journey by combining digital pharmacy and access services within a single connected model. The collaboration focuses on accelerating time to therapy, improving affordability and outcomes, and enabling better visibility and accountability for patient care.

The initiative is intended to improve operational performance across four areas: faster benefit verification, reduced delays in therapy initiation, integrated affordability programs, and increased efficiency through automation and AI tools.
