AssureCare and CURIS Partner on Rural Health Funding Support
AssureCare and CURIS announced in a press release a partnership to help Federally Qualified Health Centers and rural clinics use CMS Rural Health Transformation program funding for care infrastructure.
The program distributes $50 billion across all 50 states over five federal fiscal years. It funds goals that include rural health access, workforce support, care delivery, and healthcare technology.
AssureCare will provide its population health management platform, which combines care management, AI powered analytics, patient engagement, and outreach. Its NutraVance platform adds nutrition management for Food as Medicine programs and connects nutrition workflows to chronic disease care plans.
CURIS will provide consulting support for RHT program requirements and population health strategy. The companies will host a webinar on July 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST covering the program goals and related technology requirements.
