SimBioSys and Ferrum Health Partner to Expand Access to AI Surgical Planning Tools
SimBioSys has partnered with Ferrum Health to broaden access to its FDA-cleared TumorSight Viz platform through Ferrum's Model Hub, announced in a press release.
TumorSight Viz converts standard breast MRI scans into patient-specific 3D visualizations to assist surgeons in planning procedures. Through integration with Ferrum’s Model Hub, hospitals can deploy and manage the tool within existing infrastructure, enabling centralized oversight, monitoring, and scalability across clinical environments.
Ferrum’s platform supports the deployment of AI applications across healthcare systems, while TumorSight Viz brings a focus on breast surgical planning by generating anatomy-specific visualizations. The companies intend to accelerate access to these AI tools in more institutions, enhancing the ability of surgeons to make informed, context-rich decisions during surgical planning.
